The staff were incredible. From the check-in, to the unexpected welcome cocktail to the delivery of the complementary piece of cheesecake for my friend’s birthday (From the happiest service industry worker who sang and smiled and made it really special). The room is was beautiful. The bartenders were Welcoming and made wonderful drinks. Highly recommended. Oh, if forgot to mention the $10 Pastry box We took for breakfast. Absolutely delicious

Tremendous experience! Maddie at the front desk was super helpful. Parking is right across the way. Amazing desert options at the restaurant! Walking distance to anything you want or need. Bed is comfy. Room is clean and just what I needed after a very long drive in.

Reasonably priced for what you get. Hotel had good staff but a little bit of an awkward layout. Enter on Marquette or you have to go up one flight escalator than an elevator down. Convenient location via public transit. The veiw you get from the rooms isn't great if you care about that. My veiw was a concrete wall. There wasn't a smart TV despite it being a westin hotel. There was some debris under the bed including a pair of moldy eyeglasses. I understand housekeeping has limited time to clean rooms and is very busy but supposedly there were previous issues with cleanliness from other guests.

I unfortunately was not able to stay here due to a conflict. I booked a non-refundable room, but I figured there was no harm in contacting the hotel requesting a refund. I spoke with the assistant front office manager, Maddi, and she was understanding of my situation and granted me a one-time courtesy and gave me a refund. These are good people, and I hope to be able to stay there in the future!

Shenaaz is a wonderful front desk. She was so patient with customers flowing in and was very apologetic. She upgraded our room for our wait and truly was very sweet and made you feel so comfortable.

The cost of the room was very reasonable, that is why I am giving The Westin Minneapolis 4 stars. If the room was much more I would definitely rate lower. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room that faced 6th Street (which I requested) along with a celebration bottle of bubbly which was very thoughtful. We noticed when we arrived the loud "boiler-type banging noises" in the wall next to the bed. I thought I could tough it out because I liked the location of the room. At 1:00 a.m., I decided I could not tough it out and called the front desk to ask for a new room. We moved to a quiet room on the 10th floor. We slept well for the next few hours. When morning came, we tried to raise the room temperature (it was 63 degrees in the room). We set the thermostat but it never got above 63 degrees. Good thing we did not plan on spending too much time in the room that day. As for the bathroom, it was huge but with a small vanity and one towel bar and a hook on the back of the door. I'm not sure where we both should hang our towels. And, with the size of the bathroom, it could easily accommodate a larger vanity so we could then set our toiletries on the vanity top. We made it work. All workers were kind to us and listened to our stories from long ago. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Me and my 3 young sons stayed at the Westin over Christmas this year. The front desk has been absolutely amazing during our 4 night stay. Shenaaz was especially helpful, she took care of us, gave special treatment to the kids. She went out of her way to help us navigate the Skyway, find entertainment, and give extra pillows and blankets for movie nights in our room. We are very happy and highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while dealing with car trouble for a few days. Rooms were fine, but nothing to write home about. Showers were a bit odd. But the staff were great! They didn't jerk me around at all and were super sociable. Absolute pleasures to speak to. If you grab food for your room, be careful, it's really *REALLY* good!
